NHS Recommendation
When we started to look into buying a home we had absolutely no idea where to go or what to do. When looking for mortgage in principles the ones online just seemed unrealistic and untrustworthy. My partner was recommended Quantock Financial Services through her work in the NHS and it was the best thing we ever did. Initially it seemed like it was going to be impossible to get a mortgage with the lenders clamping down on low deposit mortgages but our broker, Neil Hudson, was persistent and kept checking until it was possible. Once we had a mortgage offer Neil worked on finding us insurance to cover the mortgage should the worst happen (life insurance and income protection) and also offered advice on buildings and contents insurance. Neil kept us updated throughout the process and put with our rubbish circumstances until we had a result. His service was faultless throughout and has followed up twice since we moved in to check if we are happy and settled in. We will definitely be contacting Neil when the time comes to remortgage and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a house.
